A pest control service sprays our community the first Monday of every month (the following day if the Monday is a holiday). Our contract with the company gives residents a steeply discounted rate of just $15 for interior spraying as long as it happens the same day + time of the community treatment. It’s $30 if you need treatment for “tougher” pests like cockroaches and termites. You don’t need to sign up for a contract or any repeating service schedule.
